Sick and Tired of Jeter and A-Rod threadsFreedom of speech is what makes this country of ours great. Some of you take it too seriously. We really don't need to say the same things day after day concerning those two annoying Yankees. Is he gay, is he not gay, is he this or is he that. People, these are just ball players. You talk as though they are your spouces or your children. Yes, we know about all of the titles they have won and we know how good these two are. But lets move on to new news and stop wasting everyones time by posting this stupid polls about nothing.

IT PAINS ME TO SAY THIS....CONGRATS TO THE WORLD SERIES CHAMPS N Y Yankees. THEY WERE FOR THE PAST SIX GAMES, THE BETTER TEAM. I AM VERY PROUD TO BE A Phillies FAN AND WILL HOLD MY HEAD HIGH. WE HAVE A GREAT TEAM ,WHICH HAS A GREAT CHANCE TO MAKE IT BACK ONCE AGAIN TO THE SERIES. WITH A FEW KEYS TRADES OR SIGNINGS, WE WILL BE RIGHT THERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Are the loud mouths fans of NY ready to cry?PEDRO WILL KEEP THE GAME CLOSE AND REGGIE, I MEAN Chase Utley, WILL GO DEEP FOR ALL OF THE RUNS OUR TEAM WILL NEED. HOWARD WILL SET THE MARK FOR MOST K'S ALL BY HIS LONESOME. AND WE WILL SEE YOU IN GAME SEVEN!!!!! Posted on: October 29, 2009 2:17 pm
Where are the loud mouth NY fans? After a stand out performance last nite by Cliff Lee, I can only assume all of the Yankees fans are busy licking all of their wounds after the beating they took from the Phillies. It is after all only one win, but you need to win them one at a time. We got the first one out of the way. NY, beware of Pedro!!!!!

Phillies Once again it is time to chant and rave about the hometown Philadelphia Phillies. Two years in a row making it to the NLCS. In comparison to the New Yorks and the Atlantas of the world, it isnt all that impressive, yet it is in the eyes of the tri state area. The core group of players and coaches on this team are ready to leave their mark in the record books. And by winning the World Series for a second straight year would do just that. Cheers to the Fightins, good luck and make us all proud!

PHILLIESMost of the tri-state area didnt get to bed until well past 2am Monday morning as the faithful watched our beloved Philadelphia Phillies win in typical fashion, a 6-5 win in the fridged temps in Colorado. Well worth being tired today. The baseball schedule makers gave us a break today as our game will start at 6:07 est. A win tonite and we have some time off to thaw before meeting the over rated LA Dodgers. Let's go Phillies, clap clap clap clap clap!

WHAT'S THAT I SMELL?I KNOW IT'S ONLY GAME ONE, BUT FOR US PHILLY FANS WHO ARE STARVING FOR A CHAMPIONSHIP, THIS IS AWESOME. WHAT A GUTTY PERFORMANCE BY THE FIGHTINS!!!! COLE IS ESTABLISHING HIMSELF AS AN ELITE PITCHER. HE IS THE SHOW STOPPER. IF Ryan Howard COULD FIELD AND THE PHILS SCORE RUNS WITH RISP, WE WOULD BE UNSPOTABLE. Chase Utley, HIP PROBLEM AND ALL GOES YARD IN THE FIRST TO SET THE TONE OF THE GAME AND TO KEEP THOSE DAMN COWBELLS QUIET. Phillies IN SIX. |
